Free-Flite Bicycles

What a great experience! I visited the shop today with only time to spend, and I was treated like a millionaire. The customer service was seriously through the roof. The product selection was excellent in all departments. They even let me try out a new indoor interactive trainer. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this shop.

This is a great place! I am new to moutain biking and Bobby and Ramone helped me get my new bike and everything I needed for it. The whole staff has been very helpful and I am grateful I found the shop. I love my new Trek Roscoe 8!

We recently were in the market for a new mountain bike for our teenage son. Ramon, at Free Flite, spent a substantial amount of time with my son and us helping us all be sure that he got the bike that was right for him. He let us know about an event whereas my son was able to try the bike out on trails prior to purchasing. He kept us informed of inventory and even called us to tell us of an upcoming sale that allowed us to upgrade to the next higher level of the bike while remaining in our set budget.Since purchasing, Ramon has stayed in contact with us and has really went out of his way to make sure our son knows he is welcome on the Sunday morning group rides at Blanket's Creek. We had the opportunity to interact with several of the other staffers at Free Flite and we were equally impressed with their helpfulness and knowledge.

I had an amazing experience today, working with Ramon. He took his time to educate me about my bike, fitted me perfectly for new shoes and pedals. Definitely have a customer for life, thank you!!!
