Story

I am an NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, and running coach who specializes in training women over 40 and women runners. I am an athlete who became inspired to get my personal training certification so that I could help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I'm dedicated to helping you find the time to take care of you, so you can take care of life.

fabYOUlous fitness offers individual or group personal training that takes place at Clear Rock Fitness. Please contact me to set up a time to tour the studio!

We are now offering online training! Online training allows you to live anywhere in the world and still train with us! This is also perfect for those who travel frequently and need consistency, accountability, and support.
