The entire team at EAG is great. I purchased my Bentley Continental GT July this year and I couldn’t of been more happy. Charles was the first person I spoke to over the phone when inquiring about the car - he was extremely pleasant, and when I did go in that same day to test drive the car and inquire about the pricing, features etc I ended up staying for a few hours discussing his marriage, and my recent marriage. I felt very welcome, and there was absolutely NO pressure to buy the car. I ended up purchasing the car that same day - with absolutely no regrets. Over the past few months Charles has sent me texts & called me just to make sure the car is fine - and that i am enjoying it. He has always been available for any questions I had. The same day I purchased the car Regina spent time going over all the features of the car. She has been extremely helpful each time I’ve gone into EAG. Mehdi of the finance department has always been a pleasant person to talk to. He was the last person I had to see to sign the documents in order to finalize the purchase - and he ensured any questions are answered. I’ve had to drop my car off at the service just a couple of times for very minor issues (tint correction, blown accessory socket fuse, etc.) and have always been taken care of. Nelson & Steve from the service department have ensured I am taken care of, and that I have all my questions answered. Nelson is extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and has gone not just the extra mile, but an extra ten miles to make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Overall - a pleasant experience from wonderful people who truly care about satsitfying a client without any sales pitch, or pressure what so ever. It was a very relaxed environment. I will be purchasing my next car from here, and I recommend anyone whose looking for a truly smooth and painless luxury car buying experience to visit EAG in Tysons Corner! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Charles, Regina, Nelson, Mehdi & Steve for a smooth and pleasant experience! I am sure I’ll be seeing you all again for my next car!

I rarely can say I have had an amazing dealership experience, but after 30+ vehicles I can make that claim. Charles and the staff at Exclusive Automotive Group took care of ever detail, with professionalism and an unmatched quality of service. When I sell my car, they will definitely be the first place I go! Also thanks to Mehdi and Whitney for handling the paperwork quickly and precise.

The team at Bentley Vienna is welcoming, understanding, and transparent throughout the buying process. From test driving to final paper work I felt taken care of and respected. I felt as if I was there with a friend, not a "pushy salesmen". Tate really understood what I was looking for and worked until I was satisfied with my choice. Mehdi assisted me with my State & Federal paperwork and was very accommodating throughout the financial process. This experience was first-class and I couldn't have asked for better. I recommend Bentley Vienna wholeheartedly.

It was really a pleasure doing business with this dealership. Awesome and terrific staff. An excellent buying experience. I could not be happier. My salesperson Tate is awesome and very easy to work with along with everyone, including the sales manager and the finance manager.
