Apologizing in advance for the lengthiness as I love Jabari :....... I was originally assigned to Jabari through Farmers insurance company. Jabari really redefined my expectations of an insurance agent, he made me feel like a person and not a stack of papers on his desk. I soon became addicted to the convenient friendly service he provided. So you could only imagine my dismay when I found he had left Farmers insurance. I began my rigorous search for his whereabouts, like a long lost friend. Apparently, 8 years of loyalty to Farmers, meant nothing, and I was soon passed around from agent to agent like a hot potato. After a stressful month long search I stumbled upon Jabri through social media. He informed me he had opened his own insurance company, I was so excited for him making the leap and establishing a name for himself. Of course I immediately, transferred to the Everett Insurance Group. Farmers Insurance was none too pleased with my departure and began offering me discounts as an act of desperation. Now keep in mind, these discounts would have made my monthly payment more economical than what Jabari had offered me. I respectfully declined Farmers insurance offer, and expressed that I would actually pay double to be a client of Jabari's. Its not about the money but establishing a relationship with your clients. Jabari goes above and beyond ensuring customer connections and furthermore; explains the coverage so you understand it, works around your schedule, and contacts you via text and email so its convenient. I honestly, am so proud of Jabari, he is more than an insurance agent to me but a family friend that looks out for my well being.
