Really good New-American fusion cuisine in the heart of Nashville, roughly $30-50 per person.

Of the stuff we got that was great: crab and asparagus salad was really truffle-y, and the pork chop was delicious as well.

We thought the lamb was a bit overdone (for medium), the crudo unexciting but filling, and the halibut was dry and uneventful (the filo dough potato thing was great though).

Great wine and dessert selection though! :)

Beyond anything in Nashville or anywhere else. No dropped punts in service or cuisine. Love the anti pasta. Incredible. Once in a lifetime experience. Hug the chef and team.  Thank team.

Really well thought out meal with a mix of tastes that I wouldn't think would meld well, but the chef must be a genius. Great for meat eaters but even better for vegetarians
