Erase Laser Lounge

I started my treatments back in February with Dawn. She was great!! Unfortunately after 2 treatments she left Erase Laser Lounge. I continued with the new technician. After my first laser hair removal with her, I had a sever burn which is still healing after 4 weeks!! I should have left right then but I decided to continue. Today I was confronted by the owner about the package price Dawn had set up with me. The owner no longer wanted to honor that price and wanted to charge $400 more for the remainder of my treatments. She also stated that she couldn't find my first payment of $599, almost stating as if I didn't pay. Terrible customer service!!!! Would not recommend.

Warm and welcoming consultation and service. Staff are amazing. Prices are competitive with the industry standard but the difference is in the way the staff care about the people not just taking their money. They offer affordable pricing plans and their approach to treatments is second to none. Definitely give them a try before you go elsewhere. We will definitely be using Erase lounge for all future treatments.

The services offered are well priced and Nicole and Dawn are sure to stay on top of the most recent technologies. Dawn and Nicole are both so extremely personable. They make you feel like you walked into their home as an invited guest. Whereas similar businesses often have an uptight sense to them, Erase Laser Lounge is just the opposite. Relaxing and real. I highly recommend it.

Great Experience! Really nice people and they really care about their customers. Have had laser hair removal, a facial and other laser treatments.
