Bought a Rolex here the other day - got a brand new and hard to find one. These guys had it. Absolute amazing experience. Randy and son were gracious and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended and one of the oldest in Maryland.

My daughter is a third generation lover of Edward Arthur. She always insists on a visit when we are at the mall. I'm not sure if her favorite part is the lollipop or watching the jeweler work his magic in the workshop behind the window. Today he took the time to come out and explain what he was doing. Care and service like that is why we will always be customers. It is a family run business that treats us all like part of the family. All of the beautiful jewelry, including custom made pieces, are icing on the cake.

I have been shopping at Edward Arthur's since 1979; I have always been impressed with the customer service and all the purchases my husband and I made there. I have also used the design studio which I would highly recommend, Kyle took the time to design exactly what I wanted. Recently I asked if they could fix a piece of Brighton jewelry which Brighton said they were unable to repair. Edward Arthur's repaired the piece and it looks beautiful!

Went in to sell a 14k gold necklaces. Was told they offer market value. The current market value is about $24 per gram. They offered me $12 per gram. Thanks, but no thanks.

MY NOW HUSBAND AND I HAD THE MOST FABULOUS EXPERIENCE AT EDWARD ARTHUR JEWELERS- SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT KAY JEWELERS WITH MY ENGAGEMENT RING AND SO I WENT IN SEARCH OF ANOTHER JEWELER FOR THE WEDDING BANDS AND FOUND EDWARD ARTHUR. THEY WERE SO PATIENT WITH US WHILE WE WERE DECIDING WHICH RINGS TO GET AND THEY TALKED TO OUR KIDS AND KEPT THEM BUSY WHILE WE CHOSE OUR RINGS. BEST JEWELER EVER. WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. WE BOUGHT OUR RINGS TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING AND EVERYTHING WAS SIZED AND READY FOR PICKUP IN MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME. WE GOT MARRIED ON AUG 14, 2015 AND WE WENT AND GOT OUR RINGS SHINED THE MORNING OF AS WELL AND THEY REMEMBERED US AND IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!
