Eat Thai, Thai Eatery

Went there as a large group for Lunch. They accept a table reservation and greet with you a nice touch. Try that! A Standard Thai food menu. The food is good. They claim to be spicier than the other Thai restaurant across the street Cool Basil, but there was not much difference. Spice levels range from 0-5 stars. If you are not used to spicy food, 2 should be good! 4 and 5 stars can get pretty hot, if you are used to it. I tried Fresh Basil Fried Rice. The Green Curry, Tom yum are pretty good as well.

I order for delivery frequently. They are always friendly and the food is always delicious. My kids love to eat it as long as I keep the spice below a 2. Even awesome left over! Love it.

Took the waiter's recommendation and ordered the Red Curry with chicken (Very Hot - 1 level below Thai Hot). It was delicious, with just the right level of spice and great flavor. I was feeling full but the waitress talked me into some Mango Sticky Rice because 'it was in season' and boy am I glad that I did - I highly recommend it!

Best customer service in all of Iowa! I was about to leave Des Moines thinking the whole city had bad restaurant service but Eat Thai changed my mind. What a refreshing experience. The staff was so kind and genuinely interested in our food and experience being great. And the food!!! Oh the food! So delicious. As someone who has been to Thailand 5 times, I can honestly say, this is authentic and amazing Thai food! Thank you for making our night :))

Our families first time in Desmoines perfect place to get a bite to eat. Food was great and staff was wonderful a must have when we return to the area. Thank you for a great dinning experience 😍
