Dr. Wendy Wong, MD

Dr. Wong is great - really takes time with her patients to partner in addressing concerns, getting a good understanding of medical history, and has an excellent manner of communication. She’s able to do this while also being efficient during each visit, so is good at balancing what both patient and medical group wants from her (and limiting waiting room blues). If you’re frustrated with another GP, you’ll be happy (& heard) here. Admin staff are nice, nothing earth-shattering either way on the customer-service side. In-house blood work, too; Ms Berry (sp?) is awesome!

The doctor is fine, but some of her staff are not. The receptionist is arrogant and not professional, so does some nurses that she has. The lady who does the blood work was very kind.

This office is absolutely horrible they do not answer the phones! I will be changing Doctors! Her staff is horrible unprofessional they do not return phone calls!

Rotating staff is a little annoying but you couldn't ask for a better doctor.
