District Court of Maryland for Harford County

Came to get some info on a defendant that couldn't be served. We had no idea what to do next since neither of us have had to do this before. Maria behind the "Civil" desk was GREAT!!!! She went well above and beyond to help us. I have never been more impressed with someone giving 110% to help.

Alright, some people may crucify me for saying this but Mimi Cooper is a good judge. She coulda gone down really hard on me for what I did but she saw that I sincerely wanted to do better so she gave me a chance. When repeat offenders return with no remorse or regards for what they have done she brings down the hammer.

Called District Court and your representative, Michelle was wonderful. patient, polite, she actually pulled the information from me by the questions she asked, as I was not familiar with the jargon. My experience today was, without question, the best! Thank You Harford County...

Came here to file the license to build a fence in our backyard. It was quick, but the process for a simple fence seemed like a needless pain.
