Detroit Soul

Great food and spectacular service. I've had many items from here and they were all excellent. It's family owned and that definitely comes out in the entire experience. Highly recommended.

Came across this restaurant by accident and it turned out to be great. The food is amazing at a reasonable price and the service was fantastic. The energy of the establishment is warm and inviting and it'll have you wanting to stay longer than you originally planned.

This was my first visit to the Detroit Soul. After reading the positive reviews I am happy that I visited this establishment. The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious! I am looking forward to my next visit and already planning my menu.

Order at least 20 minutes in advance...or wait at 30 minutes. All bbq is built on wet; sauce is store bought. If you like dry rub these products are not for you. I am not sure how soul food does not include the trinity or at least some onions. The only pig on menu is ribs or chops. Prices are upward in comparison.

The pork chops are so good. Smothered or fried. This is not a place to sleep on, they are top notch.
