It was my first time here. But I had donated other places in the past, so I knew the drill more or less.
I made sure to hydrate myself and drank plenty of water, ate a protein filled meal before hand. And for the official stuff I had my proof of address, ID, and all of that in my hands and ready to go.
I went through the initial process of the physical, watching the video, reading the materials about donating, the pre screen, etc. Everything went smoothly for me, the staff directed me from one thing to the next.
One thing I especially liked was the SNACKS they hooked it up with before I donated: mixed nuts, beef jerky, peanut butter crackers a bottle of water. I wasn't expecting all that, and I thought that was super nice of them.
They do a lot of business. I went around 9 in the morning and the place but was pretty busy, lots of people on recliners donating, and lots of people being processed and getting ready to donate.
They got me in and out pretty quickly. No time wasted, which I totally appreciate 😁 not to mention all staff that I encountered were nice and pleasant to me.
I donated the plasma and when it was all said and done I received the paycard with the money loaded on it before I even left the building. 50 bucks! I'm happy and I'm planning to return soon. Thanks!

Very professional! I am usually in and out within an hour and a half. I rarely feel the needle enter my arm which is a major positive!!! The pay structure is good, $25 for the first donation, $45 for the second each week. All in all, if you're in need of some extra cash, help save a life, your plasma helps so many that giving can be it's own reward(but getting paid for it sure is nice!)

My only complaint is the cleanliness and sanitary practice of the place considering it is a place dealing with blood. Very unsanitary they don't clean the beds or equipment in between donors, they don't change their gloves nor wash hands in between donors. Numerous times I have had to request the cleaning of the bed and equipment before beginning my donation due to appearent blood drops, iodine drops or just obvious filth. Not sure what the requirements are hear for that but I think they could use extensive training in that area considering it is blood that they are handling

The lines are super long and buying a fast pass is a waste of time. Today is now 4/22/2018. Im adding to my initial review. So i donate twice a week, & Earn irewards. So in there you have an option where you can redeem your irewards for cash. I have done that twice and haven received any thing since February. I called to complain a week later. The person on the phone said it takes one week. So i waited. Nothing! And they said it takes 6-8 weeks... Still NOTHING! false advertisement! And a few staff members treat you as if you are beneath them. I dont need the money. I donate for personal reasons. This place is awful. And management dont care. I need to get a hold of corporate. Complaining to these people here is like talking to a wall.

Ive donated here for almost 2 years.
The professional ABILITY to make a proper stick is far better than any talecris location.
The pay here is (a few bucks) better than other companies,
BUT,
The biggest reason this place is better than others, is the fact that they actually know how to process a line of donors.
In and out the doors in about an hour and a half.
