This place was fantastic. We had Tony help us, and he did a great job. 1. He lowered our monthly fees by about 15% 2. He got us a new modem for free (That came with our plan), which is the only reason we initially came in. 3. He got us a new cable box for free (that was also in the plan). 4. He doubled our internet speed for free. I am not sure exactly how he did all of these things but we were very pleased with the service! I was very fast and easy as well. What started as a trip to replace a broken modem turned into massive improvement for most of the technology at our house. Definitely worth the trip.

Went in to talk about my moms pricing, and to see what is available for me. We have been with Cox cable for over 31 years I currently have DirecTV because Cox was not flexible enough to even talked with us about pricing. The salesman wrote down and give me a quote should we decide to return to Cox in June. We currently have Internet service with them and we are happy with that. But what happened a week or so later was really disturbing. We got a bill in the mail stating that our telephone service was ready we didn’t order any phone service. Anthony must have ordered it.

I had just picked up a new Arris modem at Best Buy and stopped by to have it added to my account. Folks were friendly and supportive. A couple of gaps in the process keep the rating at a four.

The people working there try their best ro help but Cox business model of offer great pricing to new customers and then gradually raising customers price until unaffordable is a joke. Too many streaming options out there to stay with Cox.
