Unprofessional attitude and complete ignorance of a person, dealing with visa applications.

They are a confusing and hostile lot. Especially the guy who refused to identify himself that had this diva attitude that he can decide to grant you the visa or not. There is a level of mediocrity and narrow mindedness in the approach these people treat applicants, can't imagine how they would treat their nationals. It's almost like they're unhappy they have the job but got it through political hook-ups. I applied for a visa and their website does not have a clear requirement or walkthrough what to submit, they also seem to ask for more things other than the small listed required things they had on their page. If you are a student applying to study in Lithuania, you are better off applying somewhere else because they won't take your requests kindly.

So far, the information I have requested has been delivered efficiently and professionally. i.e. to specification, so I have no complaints to this point.
