Excellent services. Very organized and the staff working is very helpful and looking to answer all questions. Also, appreciate the email follow-up from Jinan confirming she received document and completion of birth certificate registration. Thank you so much for all the great support. I have done all kind of paper work at the consulate and never had a problem since 15 years. Thank you!

Went today to issue a new Lebanese passport, staff was able to reflect the Lebanese spirit in helping others by assisting me with a lot of stuff that was not part of their obligations.Thank you

Can't get a hold of anyone to take a appointment it's like they don't have phone service....you get there and they tell you you must take a appointment but yet they don't answer the phone

No phone service. I think lebanese leaders they hired there parents on consulate no matter they has experience or not
