City Moving and Storage

They were assigned to me for HHG, and I was relieved after four years in Lawton and bad experiences with other movers. As I expected, they were extremely professional, thorough, and stayed the extra time to make sure I felt comfortable with the lists. Gloria, Maria, and Dee were my packers and they were very competent, punctual, and thorough. Keenan, Hagen, and Justin were my movers and I was surprised with how much they were able to complete in the heat! They all did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Thieves!! City moving did a military pack out for us and also decided to steal from us at the same time. They stole a number of electronics and other items. They did not fill out the moving inventory correctly and did not want to take responsibility for furniture they broke while moving our items. Towards the end they just starting throwing things into boxes and not taking care of our stuff. Highly unsatisfied in this company. They are shady and not honest.

I wish I was aware of the lack of care they provide. I would have never allowed the Army to store my furniture there for over a year. I am still missing items. Very disappointed in this facility
