The help is necessary but the way they help is inconvenient. Far drive for me. They don't have a front desk so calls can go to selected specific case workers. I rarely get an answer from them. They have set hours but aren't always open during them. I frequently make the travel there to find out it is closed. And I always call ahead to ask, but no one answers the phone. It would be helpful if there was at least an automated system telling me if it was closed.

The guard was lazy and rude texting on his phone , when I asked him for direction, he ignore me as if I was not there

Worst customer service ever they never answer the phone and the supervisor is very rude and doesn't want to help you
