Chick-fil-A

I usually order Doordash once or twice a week. Sometimes lunch, sometimes breakfast. It's usually pretty good. But the lemonade is consistently terrible. It taste like bitter lemon water. The sugar to lemon juice levels are just all wrong. There's a ton of pulp. I remember it being that way when I worked in the bank of America building a few years ago as well. Somethings never I change.

Even though they only had spicy chicken tenders , I totally enjoyed this Chick-fil-A! We Love Chick-fil-A!! This is another great one! We got there at the busiest time, lunch hour on Friday. But we ordered with an employee in line- like a drive through window experience and got our correct order in a very short time as usual. It was so good as usual!

Mobile ordering is always off on particular days. Not sure why I'm able to mobile order on a Tuesday, but cant on Wednesday. What's up with that? It's fustrating because I dont have a lot if time for lunch and Chick-fil-A is one of the cheaper options in the area. Y'all know full well you're busy for lunch and yet you turn off mobile ordering right before lunchtime I know it's lunch specific because I can mobile order breakfast any day of the week with no issue. GET IT TOGETHER!

I stop here almond everyday before work they now know me and I love how loving and nice they are always having a smile best restaurant in Charlotte hands down Kid-friendliness: Very lovely restaurant

I like this location but the only problem I have is that they’re not consistent with letting you place orders thru the app. They pick & choose what days they want to have that option available and that defeats the purpose of having the app to begin with.

You pretty much can't go wrong with this. Pretty efficient how they take the order while you're in line.Food: 4/5

Inside a small shopping mall place. Was kind of a strange set up for me personally. But the outside was cool with all of the bright colored chairs. I enjoyed it and it made me a bit happier. #skipastraw #savetheturtles #siliconestraw

Chick-fil-A never disappoints.

Customer service was not good at all. Usually they greet but this time they said "I can help the next guest." I came at around end of breakfast going into lunch. I wanted to get fries but I was told only nuggets and mini sandwiches with tater tots. But when I was waiting on food to come out of fryer; fries came out into window and people were able to order lunch. I was told that the wait would have been a long, but it wasn't on the fries. I would have had waited those 3 minutes for fries. I know we are in pandemic so Hospitality should be really good because we all need a positive day. Never had to complain on this company. Only good thing to say is my nuggets were good that I waited for.
