Chesapeake Property Management served as property managers for my condo for 6 years. The special care and attention to detail by their staff is paramount. They also placed solid, reliable, tenants in my condo - I did not have one rent payment missed in 6 years, which speaks volumes to their tenant selection process. You as the property owner are actively involved in the process for selecting tenants as well. If there was ever an issue or concern, my property manager Juli was always extremely responsive and ready with all of the details. I always felt like I could pick up the phone or email Juli at any time with any question or concern that I had. Since I'm a property owner that lives in a different state, this was extremely important to me. I also visited my condo 6 years after turning it over to Chesapeake Property Management. I walked in and felt such an overwhelming sense of peace seeing just how well maintained my condo was. For personal care and a family watching over your property as if it were their own, Chesapeake Property Management is a must.

Because of Chesapeake Property Management, I have gone from "Renter" to "Owner" in two years. Chesapeake has made my stay nothing more than Amazing. Any questions that I have had, even on the weekends, they have responded to me in more than a timely fashion. Being a tenant with Chesapeake Property Management is an experience that I have enjoyed and I will truly miss. Owning my home with the help of Chesapeake Property Management will be that much more Amazing! Outstanding Company!

Don't be deceived by friendly faces. I was happy at the beginning of my lease but could not wait to leave. I leased from this company for about a year and a half and went 3 times overnight without a workable toilet in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Furthermore I left the property in mint condition and cleaned by professional as stated in my lease agreement. However the company hired could not remove the burnt debris from the oven and did not do the dish washer because I never used while in the unit . Therefore I could understand for the cleaning of these two items but not an overall deep cleaning costing of $200 deducted from my security deposit. I will post pictures soon of the condition of the unit upon me leaving taken after cleaned by the company I hired. Moreover, there month to month agreement is not month to month but 60 days notice. My advice to renter who are good tenant ,who pay there rent on time, and don't cause problems like myself be careful of the fine print and if possible avoid this company.

Belinda at Chesapeake Property Management contacted us in being a service vendor for them. They are very friendly people in doing business with and we see that they made a top priority in taking care of their tenants and customers. This is a plus because we feel the same way in our business in providing services. When we got to the residence of the tenant installing a replacement faucet that they supplied it was a name brand. This is a other good factor that they don't cut corners for quality something else we believe in. We would highly recommend them being your property management.

Chesapeake is a premier rental agency in the Baltimore metropolitan area. My partner and I rented this past year with Chesapeake and their communication and willingness to cater to our needs was superb throughout the entire lease. Any issue that we had with the home was resolved in a very timely manner including small repairs and nonessential items like removing items from the home that a previous renter left behind. Lindsay, our property manager, was also willing to work with us to end the lease a month early saving us from an overlapping payments on a lease and a mortgage. I was shocked when I learned that they would be willing to move the end date a month early! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent one of their properties. Thank you Lindsay and Chesapeake for a great year of renting!
