Chelten Market IGA

I walked right in and walked right out. I intended to buy some green cupcakes today for the holiday. The bakery section smells weird, and they had nothing in season at all! They literally are still selling fall themed and Halloween decorated cupcakes, with a few Christmas cupcakes sprinkled in, and nothing that is recent. How can they even be allowed to do this? Also, they do not have a good selection of cookies and their cookies are overpriced, which I guess is somewhat on par for Taxadelphia with their sugar tax. Their bathrooms were not clean either, even though I got here at opening time. My experience here angered me and was a total waste of my time. Overall this store sucks and I am never coming back.

Food is so high. Eggs $6 when u round it off from $5.49. Always cold in there before pandemic. Use to smell of spoiled meat but that's a lot better. I buy dry goods,fruits & some name brand meats. No meats made by the market.

inside smells quite often, and I've spotted mold on some prepackaged vegetables. if you have to get anything here I'd avoid meat & thoroughly check your veggies. everything else seems to be fine

I love that my daughter enjoyed shopping there because of the different cultural foods that was there

The overall appear of the market is okay. The cashier’s are the biggest problem with this store. They are literally hiring anyone off the streets to work. They put no effort into their job. They don’t know how to handle your food when packing your bags, and some cashiers don’t even put the customer’s groceries in the bag. Very poor service is a reflection of Chelten IGA Market management staff.

Came too this store on January 29,2023 no cashier in the store too open up the market. it was too open at 8:00 it's going on 8:30 still not open trash all in there parking lot.

This store has a better selection of every kind of food – – far better than Acme and others!

Everyone was friendly & helpful. The store is well stocked with everything needed for the entire home. Large, off-street parking, near other shops, such as Rite Aid. And free delivery is available, with a minimum order.

This market offers a wide product selection. All the employees are friendly and helpful. Free delivery is available. There's plenty of off-street parking. All in all, it's a nice place to shop.

Good store, although the bakery is really small. Good selection and prices otherwise.
