Homes appear to be subpar in quality and craftsmanship. Almost twice the cost of other dealers.

Bogus company! Had pre-approval from mortgage company, Julie at cascade resubmitted loan application for higher amount, it was approved then I was told they would not use my loan company because the manufactured home would be delivered to Washington. Owner at cascade did not want to follow rules of mortgage company to close the sale. Wow! I will take my business eleswhere.

Don't bother....Pretty much a if you don't like the price, who cares go somewhere else kinda place.
