Carpets of Arizona

We had this company do our bedroom and hallway in our house in Sun City. They were able to match the existing floor perfectly. The installers were very professional, courteous, and pleasant to have at our house. My wife was there with them and she felt very comfortable being alone in the house with them. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting flooring done. The project manager, Adam was there to be sure the job went in to our satisfaction. GOOD PEOPLE!!!!

We have a remodeling company and have used and recommend others to use Carpets of Arizona for their flooring, especially carpeting. These are top-notch people who stand behind their work. We love working with them, and we always get positive feedback from our customers regarding their experiences with Carpets of Arizona. The whole team is great.

We Hated Our New Carpet!!! We had Alan come out and help us select new carpet for our home and got it installed a couple weeks ago. My wife didn’t like the color and Carpets of Arizona has a guarantee that you'll like the color or they will replace it. It just made us sick to our stomach to do that to these guys. They are such a nice family business. They insisted that we be happy. Well we do love the new carpet and I’ll be sure to recommend them to everyone after that kind of service. It’s just unexpected these days. Their installer Luis works his butt off too. Great job guys, Thanks

OUTSTANDING Dedication to the Customer!!!! From start to finish, Carpets of Arizona kept me informed every step of the way. There was a minor problem with the installation, but they hopped on it right away and did everything they could to ensure I had a positive experience. The installer Luis was AWESOME!!!! And I loved the fact it was a small family owned business no one over 5 foot 6:)

I rarely write reviews about businesses as I feel that good customer service is a given and should be expected... however, Shane Levinson at Carpets of Arizona has gone well beyond what I would expect from a company and my experience with them was actually enjoyable. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars!
