Rick Carmen and his team helped us remedy an air conditioning problem that 3 other companies could not. They were on time and fairly priced. The employee that worked the problem was professional and courteous. Thank you Carmen Refrigeration!

Their service is extremely poor and the attitude of their owner is reflected in their service. When they are busy, they treat you like they don't need your business. We are now doing with business with Will @ Harris Dudley and they are the BEST!!! Stay away from Carman Refrigeration.

Wow, are these people for real. Called for a repair and told they would call back in 15 minutes. After waiting 1 hour I called back just to be rudely told that they are to busy and don't even have time to call back. WHAT AN IDIOT
