Burger King

Burger king located in transportation hub Charlotte Transportation center, a very convenient location. They had good seating space. Food was good but compared to other BK’s the options were very less. Surprised by the fact that. they did not have all the options a BK usually has and most of the items were out of stock and payment was accepted only as Cash. Cleanliness was fine but can he improved. Restroom facility is available.

Worst burger king in America. They are supposed to close at 11 but regularly at 9 o'clock pm the system is always down or they aren't willing to take orders. Aside from that the attitude you get when being told this information is unecessary. As if I the customer did something to the associates. The only person with good sense who works there is Tasha and she mostly works the day shift. I'd hate for anyone to loose their job but it's clear these ladies don't want to work after 9 o'clock which isn't at all the public's fault. NEW STAFF ME PLEASE!!

Edit: it's been four weeks since my last visit and this place is still sorry, the employees are a complete joke. Their machine is always "malfunctioning" but they can give service to someone just cause they "know them". One of the employees light skin and big that works in the kitchen has a terrible staring problem even if you stare and asking why he's doing that he just continues and makes everyone feel uncomfortable. I just wanted a large fry but yet I was met with another very unprofessional experience. PLEASE DONT IGNORE THR ONE AND TWO STARS ON THESE REVIEWS!! JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! DONT GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO GIVE YOU A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Don't eat here. The people that work here are just rude and act like they need something to complain about. Gave them two chances. First the female server with dreads and a dead face argued about what I ordered and it was large fries but she says i ordered small, once I showed my receipt she complained just cause she was wrong. Second this short server with red and black braids said she wasnt serving cause the machine is "broke" but she served this guy and he didn't pay: their reason was cause he "always comes here" Don't come here, don't ignore the reviews. Just save your money so you don't risk wasting any time on slow servers. I don't know who the owner or manager is but yall need to get this place and it's workers together. Hire people who don't have stank attitudes just cause they gotta do their job.

Had to go through the drive thru cause that is the only way you can order. Has 2 lanes but for some reason only 1 is open. Tried to order an impossible burger. Stated my order and pulled around to pay. Cashier acted like I was speaking a foreign language and asked wanted again. Had to point out to 2 people what I ordered and finally got run up. Got to window, told to pull up while my order was fixed. 2 minutes later they come out saying that ran of impossible burgers. Now I know that the impossible Burgers are not that popular where they run of stock. They offer to refund which I should have taken, but instead I take a alternative.....which is a fish sandwich no bueno! On top of that they almost forgot my fries.

This is the worst place ever, fried cold, burger under cooked service is terrible the old black ladies in there are rude as hell, when asked a question about my meal that they got wrong she had a terrible attitude. And totally ignored then asked about a refill because she decided to give me a small drink told me No I had to order another one, then ordered a large drink after purchasing a combo the first time with the cold fries, had to wait another 5 minutes to just get my drink.

First off, I asked for napkins and they want me to use the paper towel that sitting on the garbage can. Then I find it awkward that if I'm sitting down eating and I have to use the bathroom...I will have to leave burger king and use the bathroom elsewhere

The service is always great sometimes you have to get your food redone but for the most part it's a very good location and I come here very often so keep up the good work you guys

Worst box restaurant ever. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich. The order was delivered quickly, but the food was terrible. Both the burgers and chicken sandwiches were cold and obviously old. The bead was rock hard...it was terrible. Please avoid this place if you care about your health, or expect quality for your money. I'm not sure how this place is still open. The Management/staff obviously don't care. NOTICE ISSUES!! STAY AWAY! I am not physically sick from this food. WARNING!!! I have contacted the County Health Department to request an inspection and monitoring.

This burger king probably gets more foot traffic in a day then most restaurants get in a week. They have a line all the way to the door everyday for lunch but they also struggle every day to get them all served quickly. it's kind of a roll of the dice if you're going to get your food at quickly or if you'll be standing at the counter for 30 minutes. At least it tastes good.

This rude employee asked me after a manager gave me my meal she responded does the whoppers make me crazy at this point I going to share this with your corporate office after today her employment should me terminated immediately.I refuse as a black man to let any where I spend my money say things like this to me where people mentally are having rough times since the being of covid I'm just enjoying my day off getting a bite to eat i work 2 jobs I am proud of it so I don't need drama.
