Staff was Incredibly Pleasant and helpful! They were patient, they did not rush me, they politely explained my options and availability. When I pulled up to pay, the lovely lady engaged in extra conversation that definitely brightened my day. Then she told me my order was ready and I could proceed. The next beautiful lady gave me hot food and blessed my day! And don’t let a little bit of garbage outside fool you- it IS Charlotte
Every time I have visit this establishment. The young ladies that work the drive-through. Has it never got my order wrong. To the kitchen staff whoever is back there on the ones and tows thank you. My food is always correct the fries are always hot. The Onion rings are always hot. The Burger is always amazing. Thank you for coming to work if feeding me.
This was the WORST experience I have had at this place. First let me say my food was horrible and the service was even worse. My whopper was cold as well as the undercooked onion rings the best thing was my drink. I end throwing away my food and now I'm at work hungry. The staff except for the lady collecting the money were bad. I asked for condiments and the girl just dropped everything cause she was so quick to get me out of her face I was once a fast food mgr for 10 yrs I know that response she was giving. So I had to get out of my car to pick up the condiments that were dropped on the ground.
Ordered a whopper w/cheese waited about 5 minutes for dine it but still got it in a bag. When I open the bag whopper was warm and the bun was dry and hard like its been sitting around for a while the fries were hot and fresh but the whopper was old. Took two bites and threw it away, didn't have time to wait in line for another one, will not be going back to that BK WHEN and IF I do. There is a lot of other burger places I can go. That was a WASTE of $12 for lunch. Gave 2 because the fries was hot other wise it would of been a 0
Love this burger. I stopped eating beef about 15 years ago, and the junior whopper with cheese was my go to burger. The impossible is a great meatless option that offers a meaty texture. I have been getting this option for a while, but each time I order it the price keeps going up. Love the burger, starting to dislike the price. That is the reason for the 4.
They messed up my order on purpose. If you run out of something just let the customer know. They literally out 12 pieces of mozzarella sticks in my bag but still asked me if I ordered nuggets. How else does a person screw up an 1 order of nuggets and a 4pcs mozzarella sticks. Their customer service was pathetic from the driver through to both window stops. Replace these employers with robots you'll do a lot better. Go to bojangles instead of wasting your time and money here.
I gave the service a 3 because whenever I go thru the drive-thru, the cashier at the window ALWAYS has a nasty attitude & disposition. However, when I'm able to go inside due to them not having the door locked, the cashier at the front, whether it's a manager or associate, is ALWAYS so friendly, courteous, & helpful. I would NEVER go thru the drive-thru if it were left up to me. This particular trip, we only purchased Nuggets & fries for the kids. From what I could tell, everything was pretty fresh & quite tasty. This places top the chart for worst drive thru. Waited 30 min in the drive thru while they took everybody’s order before mine. I keep saying hello and they keep asking me to wait? This makes no sense. I was here before 4 other cars and they took all of their orders first. I’m not supporting this location anymore. Rude service and moldy tasting tea. I tried to tough it out because they’re close but i’m never coming back.
Nice people, good service. They simply don't cook their bacon enough on their croissants. I declare it's worse on the weekends. Not much more to say today. What's going on with their online ordering, Nothing. Maybe if they get that started up it will give enough time to cook the bacon so it's not so floppy. Hey are floppy disks back ?
Experience was ok, went for breakfast and dining room was closed. Got a sausage crossant. It was ok, kinda dry. Experience at the drive through was weird, either being rushed or lady couldn't hear me or she wasn't paying attention. They gave me the wrong food at the window, so i guess she wasn't paying attention. I had to tell them it was wrong while they were handing it to me. This is why I very seldom go to BK!!!
