Budget Truck Rental

Zero stars would really be the only suitable rating for this company. Service...not great. Trucks are dirty. Not that big of deal. Getting sent out worth a dangerous vehicle.... Now that is a big deal. I rented a 12' moving truck to move a friend 7 hours to her new home. On the drive though we encountered bad weather; snow, wind, heavy rains. Except air every 100 miles we had to stop and fill up the back two tires. They kept going flat! VERY DANGEROUS in those conditions. Oh and we had to BUY chains from les Schwab, because for some reason they don't offer them(or even rent them) with the Rental??? Rental was over $600. Finally make it to where we were going, return the truck and I'm told there is nothing they can do.... wow. Endangering people's lives and they don't care about anything but money. Go figure

My husband and I rented a moving truck this weekend and we received horrible service. Not only was the service awful but our truck was filthy. I'm gonna stick with Uhaul.
