I was given a much nicer car than I requested which I appreciated. The staff were nice.

Your store crew gives misleading information when offering products like the eazy-pass or accessories and don't give the real prices. I won't be working with you guys again. Everyone, be aware, they overcharge you for any add-on.

The staff was efficient and friendly.  They were extremely thorough with all cleaning in the office and the car.  It was a great experience. Everything was fast and smooth. I also got the car that I reserved which doesn’t always happen in other companies.

The car was clean, well prepared, it was fast and easy to rent and the price was right for me. Great experience considering the terrible circumstances they city and we all are facing now. Thank you, Budget!
