I went in to get my brakes done among other things. I told the person at the desk when I arrived that my brakes were bad AND MY ABS LIGHT WAS ON. They later called me and told me car was all set and to come pick it up. So I dropped off my rental car off and went to pick it up. When I got there I was told that they took the car on TWO different test drives and everything was fine. When I got in the car I immediately noticed the ABS light was STILL ON. Something I said was wrong and something (among other things) I had just paid $2500+ to have fixed. How can you not notice a glaring light on the dashboard that I said was a problem after two different test drives? Do you guys not check idiot lights after you fix a car? What kind of mechanic does that?!! Anyways, so I bring in the car the next week and they try to charge me another $250 including their $75 'diagnostic fee' (ridiculously steep) after arguing they knocked the price down to $180, which I guess is nice. But I won't be getting back all of my time they wasted and for a experience that ended up costing me almost 3k when it should have just been fixed the first time. Never going back here. Also they spam your email asking for reviews. Well here's your review, BTS.
