We had maybe the worst experience of our lives with this company (and still are having). On the day of our trip, the assigned driver was not there, so they provided a driver that could not drive the whole trip. The bus was malfunctioning upon arrival of our pickup, and did not make it out of the state. After missing a portion of our trip and getting stranded for 12 hours with a bus of teenagers, the company finally hired an outside company to complete the trip; and when asking for a refund, this company has been unwilling to negotiate a refund. Next step: legal action. DO NOT use this company!
