I would have to say that Blu Thai is my wife and I's favorite restaurant in Des Moines. In the time that we have been going there we have never had a bad meal. Our food is always been served hot, presented beautifully and very flavorful. The young man that waits on us has always been very personable, is always smiling, even when he's busy taking care of the other customers. It is a really good restaurant.

Food and service was amazing! I don't eat sushi, but I had the pad thai and it was by far the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!!

The sashimi is delicious. Also, i highly recommend the three flavor fish. Absolutely amazing. This place is great!
