Before today's (4/17/2018) call with an apparently inexperienced customer-service person, I had made purchases over the last decade and would highly recommend them. However, that all changed today. Worst discussion I've ever had when simply trying to schedule an in-home estimate. Highly underwhelmed by the lack of service!

Terrible customer service and horrible to work with. Received initial quote 3 months ago and follow-up appointment a few weeks later so they could prepare for the eventual work. Fast forward a month and they show up to do the work only to "have no clue how to perform the work" and that they "need to talk to who submitted the quote" to get more information. The quote said work would be preformed in 2-4 weeks...it's now 3 months later. This work was paid for as part of a home buying closing settlement and subsequent efforts to recoup funds have been met with vague answers and lots of calls that go to voicemail. Please look elsewhere.

I ordered custom made sliding door and window screens back in May 2017. They have installed half of the screens. Twice they tried installing the remaining screens which were not properly measured in October and November and I haven’t heard from them in almost 2 months. No one ever answers their phone and they never call back when I leave a message. Even the technician said he has a hard time reaching them on the phone. Don’t use their services. You will never be able to reach them for follow up.

While the technician was friendly enough and was timely, I should have read the Google reviews first. They charge a $60+ fee to come and give an estimate (red flag no. 1) which they then will apply to the cost of the replacement. Two very basic easy access single pane 15" x 19" windows. Their estimated cost was $478. I felt this was an exorbitant estimate.
