Went in hour half before closing and guy in tire department was the rudest employee I've ever met. Was an emergency needed tire fixed bad and offered to but whole set tires or spend whatever and he wouldn't help me at all. Worst service I've ever had. Ill never spend a dime or recommend anyone else to go there ever.

Stopped in to BJs Tire Center last weekend to discuss four new tires for my vehicle. I ended up scheduling an appointment for the following weekend. The guy behind the counter wrote down the type of vehicle, size and type of tire. 

When I showed up at my appointment time the different guy behind the counter didn't know I had an appointment and said the tires I wanted were not in stock. He could either order them... Maybe. Or I could spend an extra $80 for what they did have in stock. All in all - the service received was uncaring, unhelpful and unprofessional. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
