Not only are they rude, they have no idea what they are doing. I received a call one year after I had blood work done, which was extracted from another facility, Biodata was a third party who I was not informed of and I never received a bill from them, so you can imagine my surprise to hear I had an outstanding bill. This facility did have my number because they called me a year later, so I am uncertain why they never called me to discuss my bill in 2016. Well after I received all the blood work details on my bill I paid without delay and would have certainly paid it a year ago. I was completely outraged that they threatened to put me in collections when I had no problem paying it and would have certainly paid sooner if they called me to discuss any payment due in 2016. This facility needs to follow up within a timely manner after bloodwork is drawn and not a year later when you have to try and remember all the details of who was involved and third party details. I am supposedly receiving the paid off statement in the mail, but after my third call inquiry of when my paid statement will be sent off I have to wonder if this business :/

Small lab, but efficient processing of Medicare bill; friendly staff too.
