Bijou Bridal & Special Occasion

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Bijou Bridal. I had just had a horrible experience at another bridal shop in the area and was not feeling like any place was going to make me want to try on dresses again, until I came here. The staff was super professional and very attentive. My appointment started on time and my consultant was AMAZING. She paid attention to what I liked and didn't like in every dress I tried on and helped me to find the perfect dress. I am so grateful to my consultant and to Bijou Bridal for making me feel special and loved.

I was the MOH in my best friends wedding and I was very impressed with Wendy, she is very skilled and just all around wonderful throughout the fitting process! Our bride looked stunning in her gown! Thank you Wendy!

They started my appointment 20 minutes late because the appointment before me ran over, and didn't give me any extra time at the end- even when I asked to try on one more gown. While we waited 20 minutes to be seen, we felt ignored- just made us sit on a couch and fill out paperwork(a repeat of what I filled out online- so a waste of time ) Nice selection of dresses, and our consultant was sweet- we just didn't feel appreciated there at all. Also no pictures are allowed, which is a shame. I went to 3 other bridal shops and actually felt appreciated. So all in all- wouldn't suggest this place.

My friend got her bridal gown here, and I got my bridesmaid dress. They ran late with her alterations, not finishing them until the very last minute. Her expensive gown was returned wrinkled and we had to steam it ourselves the morning of the wedding. The bridesmaids' dresses are overpriced polyester gowns advertised as nicer than they are. Sizes run very small even when ordering half a size up, and they do nothing to accommodate their mistakes. Takes about five months for dresses to come in. Pretentious and unhelpful staff. Would never recommend a friend here.
