Was shopping for lift chairs for my elderly parents. Our salesperson Loretta was extremely knowledgeable and the financing folks were very helpful as well. A totally easy and no hassle shopping experience. I always have a good experience with Big Sandy.

The guys that delivered the new couch were great. It was late on rainy Friday night. They made sure we were satisfied before actually removing the first couch that we got. So they deserve 5 stars and im sure better pay. They were very nice and respectful! I would also like to sing the praises of our sales lady Linda O'Brien. She has been very helpful through out our purchase experience. I feel sure if we need anything regarding this purchase she will do all she can to help!

Very positive. I ordered an adjustable mattress and frame. It worked just like the salesman said it would. I’m very satisfied. The only thing I would still like and don’t have is a copy of the paperwork, manual, warranty, etc. I like a copy of what I have agreed to.

Recently purchased appliances from Jay. He was phenomenal! Very informative and honest. Made the experience very personal without the typical salesman pressure. Would highly recommend Jay to anyone!!

In the last few weeks I have looked at kitchen appliances in many, many locations. I shopped at competetitor's locations as well as other Big Sandy locations, both locally and elsewhere. Jay was VERY helpful! He exhibited great product knowledge. He clearly and respectfully articulated the features and benefits of each appliance. I eventually purchased a complete kitchen package that was actually more money than I originally expected to spend. However, I did so after Jay was kind enough to help me make a well informed purchasing decision. I did not feel as though he "over sold" me. His method was consultative and it was my decision to spend the extra money based on his good counsel. As a business person, Jay exhibited many of the traits that I look for in my own employees. In summation, Jay represented himself, your products and your company very well. That is why I came back to the South Ridge location and made my purchase from him.
