Best Buy

Mostly staff here are very helpful. But as an older woman, I am occasionally ignored until it becomes evident that I know something about computers and that I have good money to spend. Hence the four stars. Staff here need to be trained to treat customers equally and not to assume older women can't be early adopters or technology freaks.

Atrocious customer service. Tried to buy an iPhone in January from the location and the department manager (his name is Nesh) told me the price was $100 cheaper than it rang out to be. When the head of the store doesn’t know his stuff and the place never gets back to you through call or email, you’re better off going somewhere else worth your time.

Other than the usually full retail price you'll pay everything is great here. They have appliances, TV's, DVD's, computers and are Apple certified. Not bad.

The best person to go to if you ever need help is Edwin! Every time we go there and have any questions or need help with something we specifically look for him! He is very helpful and kind. He makes sure you are completely satisfied before you walk out the door! He definitely made this holiday season shopping much easier and enjoyable! I would recommend everyone to talk to him if you ever need help!

Tom, Our Sales Person, was VERY helpful to me and my wife in search of finding a laptop computer that would match what I wanted. He was knowledgeable about the pro and cons of each laptop I was thinking of buying. He was not pushie and made us comfortable and was truly patience answering my many questions. He spoke to us as persons not as a quick sale. Would gladly recommend him to family and friends. 😀
