Store is decent itself the staff working there however good luck trying to find someone to grab something for you that they have locked in the back. If what you're looking to buy is a simple grab and go than you'll have a fine experience here but if you need something that's locked away I recommend you either order it online and come pick it up or prepare to roam around the store for around 20 minutes before being able to find someone to help.

I went in with all intentions of purchasing a laptop and the service was horrible. There were employees around but no one offered me any help. When I asked for help on a product the guy answered as he kept walking away. I left immediately and went to the Best Buy in Wheaton to purchase my laptop where the service was a million times better.

My experience was nice and, considering it was the day before Christmas, fairly quick. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Parking and access is easy from Georgia Ave and there is an extra exit to the road behind the store for easier southbound travel. No more stars as it is after all a physical retail store, I was exchanging a gift, otherwise I would have shopped online.

You get lost coming here with all the cool gidget gadgets if you like that sort of thing.

It was a bit hard to find some aux cables due to the accessories sections being scattered around but i did find a great aux cable, fairly priced. I am very happy with it.
