Great prices on DVD's, Smart phones etc. I bought my smart on sale there because no one beat the price including online dealers. Geek Squad is awesome and they fix things quickly. If there is one suggestion I would give you is, get the insurance on high dollar items! If they break or are damaged - you can have them fixed or replaced in store!!!

I recently purchased a Smart TV. My sales guy was very knowlegeable. I had it delivered and set up. Very punctual and knew everything i needed to know. Completely cleaned up and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Left his business card, if i ran into any problems or had any questions. A much "Appreciated Senior".

Went in with an appointment and a simple question about a tablet and was directed to sit at one of the Geek Squad stations. I was there for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement of my being there or regard to the appointment I made. When I questioned one of the Geeks walking past, she refused to answer and told me to keep waiting. Not going to this Geek Squad again.

Wanted to look at replacement cellphones. Okay selection. Nothing like that hands-on experience. Ended up buying it there instead of our carrier's store. Less pressure and better selection.

Great place for electronic devices and DVD's. If you still watch dvds that is. It has okay pricing-with some items being pricey. They do have excellent prices on smart watches, and have a large selection!
