Berkshire Apartments

Amenities do not work, yet I pay for them. In the year that I have lived here there have been three incidents of the apartments catching on fire. Your car will get towed if you forget to put the updated registration sticker on your license plate. Oh, and don't ever be late for rent! I admit to being late on rent one month ... To Berkshire Apartments, that means it is time for court ... 2 days late and you get a notice on your door handle letting all of your neighbors know that you are being taken to court. (Like a criminal) Not even a friendly warning ... Don't not "live" here... The move in special is soooo not worth the crass owners who only care about squeezing your hard earned wages out of you.

Bed bug ridden, step away from a slum. Maintenance? They walk around all day smoking. They mop the halls with the same dirty water, spreading those critters everywhere. And the maintenance man? Joke. They wouldn't let him sweep the lot at 7-11! Nobody moves voluntarily. Usually the sheriff is close by. Just drive past

If you like to live with roaches, mold, & hearing your upstairs neigbor walk. This is the place for you. This Apartment Complex is by far the worst place you can ever live in VA Beach. The Pool in the summer time is disgusting! Hair and just dirt in the pool. If you have a package from UPS or FED ex left at your door someone will steal it. Can't hang out infront of your house will Call SECRUITY and then POLICE. They have a serious ROACH and BUG problem! The maintaince people have access to your house even if your not there. The 2 women in the leasing office do not care about the problems in your apartment. Hallways of apartment is dirty half the time. my next door neighbor who are in the military house got robbed around chritsmas time while they was deployed. This PLACE IS DISGUSTING, AND THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN LIVE ESPECAILLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!
