I would actually give this beauty supply a 5 if they had better employees working behind the counter. Called the day before thanksgiving to ask hours of operation and whoever i spoke with just said yes we’re open tomorrow then hung up. Went to the location today and the lil hispanic man behind the counter had an attitude because i wanted to buy nose rings and he didn’t wanna leave from behind the counter to get them for me. I pass up beauty supplies just to go there only to come and be treated like i’m not spending my money there. Change employees because customer service is not for everyone

I really like this place its modern and one of the newest beauty supply stores in the area.They have a wide selection of items and have affordable prices. The customer service is okay to. I like when I go in there to shop they engage with the customers. Its also right off the freeway making it comvient and it's on my way home so I can stop in there and shop then go directly home afterwards. I shop here for my hair care regimen.

4 stars because it's a little over priced. Very convenient location for me and they have a good number of items.

Great customer service and great product selections. They have a endless wig line my daughter was in heaven. This is a very nice and clean store.

The owners/Asian workers are NOT friendly, helpful or professional. In fact they don't even act as if its required of them to provide this customer service...as though they feel like "we're going to shop there regardless" they need a LESSON!!!! ON THE OTHER HAND, the tall slender sweet melinated lady with the moles is an absolute doll! She is attentive;courteous; professional;and helpful!!!!

This store !! It was very clean, very organized, and had so much variety that I was an awe of how many options I had for my hair! It's very well lit and the music they play is welcoming and soothing. I loved the wig section and I have never known there were that many natural hair care products! This place is definitely something you have to see for yourself, I can say, I was speechless and though it is quite a drive for me, I will for sure make the drive again.

Very clean, organized and spacious with a wide variety of products. The staff is very helpful and kind. Definitely the best beauty supply store I've ever visited in Houston.

Ironic: I’ve visited and paid cash and or debit multiple occurrences at this store due SOLELY to location and it had yet to dawn on me that you’re instantly judged and watched as you shop. The service is trash and because there’s no other options customers shop here. IF YOU SHOP HERE.....pay attention to how you’re treated. You have a choice to spend your money where people are valued as just that....people. Every black person does not steal despite stereotypes. Never will I ever......

I really like this beauty supply! They have a ton if natural hair products but some of the prices are outrageous! Some of the prices are wonderful as well, they are even willing to order products you are looking for :~!!!! Overall, this is a awesome beauty supply!

Beauty Love is a Beautiful! Shopping experience. They have it all or they will get it quick. Thanks to the staff for their very pleasant assistance always! That gets my dollar repeatedly. And that dollar is always within reason. Mrs. Washington
