Beacon Management Services

I have no problem giving Beacon Management Services 5 Stars! I work in Property Management and I've had the pleasure of working with Beacon Management Services in my community. I 'am very impressed with the services they provide to our community. When you have a problem you get an immediate response! They listen and do what they can to get the issue rectified as soon as possible. Customer Service is a top priority to me! I can honestly say Beacon Management has exceptional Customer Service! I would gladly recommend Beacon Management Services!

Being part of HOA member this is by far WORST HOA management company I have ever experienced so far in last 4 years, this being the 3rd. Please don’t pick them for your neighborhood. BIG FALSE PROMISES during contract negotiations and they don’t even have portal to raise request at minimum for residents to raise concerns. No email response for over 2 weeks despite multiple reminders/escalations. Horrible service !!!!

Beacon Management took over our community and has done nothing to assist owners, and nothing to the property. We have a huge problem with people parking in front of people driveways, parking in their driveways blocking the sidewalks, garbage cans, old old old pinestraw and faded signs throughout. Property is in the River Green community which is a Wonderful Community!!! This management company provides horrible customer service and employees, plus Steve (owner) is arrogant to say the lease. I will be glad when the board decides to fire them. If I could leave no star, that would be my choice. Such a disgrace! Next review I will leave pictures of the property.

Good luck getting in touch with these people. I found a guy’s credit card and other personal cards on the ground at our apartment complex and i can’t even get them to respond back about it so he can get them back. And that’s only the most recent issue i’ve had with them.

Customer service reps are extremely rude. Had a missed call with no message. Wanted to check and make sure there wasn’t an issue with something. Rep wouldn’t even pull up my account to help, stated “I have no way to verify who called you” and offered no further assistance. I should also mention it is almost impossible to get in touch with them after hours and our “gated” community suffers from a broken gate 75% of the time because it’s impossible to reach anyone to report it broken. I agree with previous reviews, they treat homeowners as if they are bad renters.
