BBB of Greater Maryland

I have two companies that has been labeled with the bbb since 2009. I was told I could not receive a rating for three years. We had to wait if we did not pay to get a rating (accredited) I thought it was ludicrous and unprofessional at the time that a non-profit company be able to rate my company when they themselves couldn’t even update company profiles properly. The bbb in Springfield extorted us. I refuse to pay to get an A. We have been a non paying listing with bbb for 8 years and have clearly held an A+ rating based on the merit. You close your Springfield office because of other reason you fail to mention. By removing our A rating you purposely have caused our company damages. Instead of pushing the issue I called your office several times to find the phones unanswered. I thought it best to discuss the issue before legal action. If our rating is not restored promptly we will continue to document the damages and will explore possible class action.

Never trust this company pay top dollar and they drive the car never put it on the trailer they said the return the money and then don't answer the phone no more lawsuit it's been processed SCAMMER DON'T TRUST !!!!!!!!!

Visited my office years ago offering "advertising" for a "fee". We declined. Have called them dozens of times. Noone pics up or ever calls back. Extremely unprofessional.
