Extremely pleased with my experience with Bay Management Group. I had been working with Andrew F. and his customer service skills and professionalism are on point. I told him what I was looking for in a new home and he found numerous suitable places all within my budget. I’ve just recently moved into my new place so I haven’t run into any issues, but I have peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, they provide maintenance and have someone available 24/7 for emergencies. 10/10 will recommend Andrew and Bay Management Group to any friends and family looking for a rental property!

I was in a desperate situation where I needed to move out my house quick. Jessica from the Baltimore office did everything she could to help me find a new home and I can now sleep comfortably. She was very professional, responded promptly to my questions and was thorough in our search for a house to suit our needs. I would highly recommend Jessica and Bay Management Group.

A total nightmare of an experience. A lengthier and detailed review will follow - once I’m out of the nightmare stage.
However, it is encouraging to see that other reviewers have chosen to use the exact same words I have to describe my experience with them thus far - nightmare, nightmarish.
And I am not at all surprised, as stated by one reviewer, that Bay Management solicits good reviews and financially compensates those who write them. That’s exactly how I got snookered into working with this firm to find an apartment in Baltimore - I was impressed by the positive reviews. But the actual experience has been anything but positive.

Could not be happier with our Bay Management Group home. From the beginning they have been very helpful by finding us a new home and getting us moved within the week. Last week after the wind storm, we had siding hanging off and they sent someone out the very next day. Our property manager Megan is always responsive and the maintenance guy Joe is always friendly and professional.

Madison Apartments managed by Karen MacMillan is a terrific place to reside in! I have been here for almost three years, and will stay here for as long as I can. Whenever there is a maintenance problem, it is solved almost instantaneously. The location is fantastic - in the heart of Mount Vernon, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, theaters, and other cultural units (there is even a theater in the basement of the building, with a quite unique setting). Karen the manager is very professional and always with a smile despite many requests that we the residents may have on a daily basis (plus, she genuinely loves her job). When I travel, my mind is at peace as I know my apartment is safe. I love this place and highly recommend it!
