Barnacles Sports Bar & Grill

I came here to experience the great food i had heard about. Me and and my boyfriend walked in and there was no hostess at the front . We proceeded to seat ourselves near the bar . We sat there for about 20 minutes and not one server spoke to us, brought us waters, asked if we were okay, none of them said anything at all. I had to ask another server who’s section we were sitting in so that we could get service. She went to get our server who came around and dropped 2 menus on the table and said “here you go” and walked off, at that point me and my boyfriend deliberated whether we wanted to eat there and we ended up leaving. I understand it was a Friday evening but the place could be managed a lot better. No water or menus in the first 10 minutes of sitting down ? That’s ridiculous

The service here sucks. Myself and a friend are here watching the game and its been 40 minutes and no one has came to take our order at all as of yet. We tried to stop the manager to see if he could take our order but he seems to have an attitude and didn't even acknowledge us. I will not come here again or recommend this place to anyone. There was much better service when it was dugans.

This was my first time since Dugan's left. They have added another bar but the service is extremely slow. The waitresses & bartender with the dreads seems to stay refilling her faves glasses. It wasn't even crowded. Nothing like Dugan's at all.. Step it up Barnacles! 😎

I’ve been going to this place for a while now and the only time I can get good service is when the girl Sabrina/Thomasina is there (She goes by two names). Sometimes I don’t know what to call her. But I don’t think she works there anymore. The other girls will not even greet you. The food is a win/lose but the drinks are always a surprise. The bathrooms are always dirty. There’s never a manager available when one is needed or asked for! Someone vomit in the bathroom and I was asking for someone to clean it up. When I finally got a manager, it was some young girl with an attitude problem, so that was no help (Light skin and tall). It’s sad to say that this black business is this horrible! I would like to support my people when they get their ishhhh together. I no longer come to this facility anymore. I go across to Pesos. Oh, and let’s not forget the ENTRY FEE !!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. I wouldn't recommend it. There are so many more places in Atl that would value your business and treat you with respect. The tables where dirty. We waited for over 30 mins just get a water. It took over an hour to get our food. Come to find out our server lied, she said the hold up was that system was down but the owner confirmed that the system was new and she didn't know what she was doing. Its definitely not worth your time or hard earned money.
