I absolutely ADORE the haircut I have and I really appreciate how thorough my hairdresser was. The haircut turned out better than any of the other haircuts I’ve recieved from other people. Totally going back the next time I need a haircut!

I have had two bad experiences with this company. I have had my hair cut about 4 times there. The first bad experience was just waiting to get my hair cut. I got skipped a few times. My name was on the list and it was skipped over. I just considered that incident an honest mistake. My most recent visit will have been my last. The most recent incident was with the same barber, Tony. I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut and he said there were two different ways he could do it. I chose the style with the longer hair of the two so that hair could be cut if it wasn't right. He then proceeded to cut my hair. When he had finished it. I asked if I could see the mirror he was holding so that I could get a closer look and he held in front for me. I thought he was going to hand it to me, but he did not. He had such a strong grip on it he was shaking. That was ok though. HesH probably just protective of his property and didn't want it to get broken. Anyways, I asked him to fix the fade so that it would be higher. While he was fixing it, he was cutting it faster this time and with a little more force as if he was upset I asked him to fix it. After he fixed the fade, I asked if he could fix the top because it wasn't how I wanted it either. I tried to explain how I wanted it differently and he said, "So, how I told you in the beginning?" Only he said it with an attitude. When he started to turn my chair around to fix it, he looked at the barber beside him and made a face and rolled his eyes. I guess he thought I wasn't paying attention or couldn't see. When he started cutting it, he started cutting it really fast like he was just wanting to get me out of the chair. By this time, I'm mad and am trying decide whether want to say anything or not. Now when he finishes, I decide however it looks is what I'm going with because it will be too short to do anything else with. So, he asks if it's ok and I say yeah even though it's not. I decided to bite my tongue and not say anything disrespectful to him even though the behavior he showed me was uncalled for. He acted as if I was being too much of a hassle and all he cared about was the number of haircuts he had in a day. I mean, I'm the one paying for the haircut, right? I ended up leaving there mad and with a haircut I didn't even want. Needless to say, I will not be getting my hair cut there again. P.S. He had cut my hair about three times and I he didn't have a problem cutting it the previous times which is why I went back. I don't know what was wrong with him this time.

Great barbershop. Tim provides a great cut. Been going for 10 years.

I waited for over an hour and got no haircut . I waited for Brian because he gave me his business card with his stated hours. He went into the back and never came out. The other barbers watched me sit there for an hour and never asked me if they could help or if I would be willing to take a different barber. Really bad experience ; plus nowhere to sit or wait. Not coming back

Been here twice with two different barbers. Both times they were unfriendly and didn't say a word the whole time. Not even a hello how are you the second time(Asian lady). I mean c'mon at least fake it a little bit.
