Very competent, professional, friendly and helpful, from the ladies at the front desk to the gentleman who brought me the car. Great experience. Could not have been better.

The manager is rude and disrespectful and so are the rental agents. Avoid this place... Hertz is better...nicer cars and at a lower price. These people do not value their customers. They price gauge on the gas. If your missing 1 gallon upon return they charge you $40. The cars are smelly and not that clean and they never have the car you want. If you complain they give you a generic I dont care attitude. Did I mention the managers are rude and disrespectful? Never again...No wonder this company is bankrupt they have no clue how to treat paying customers.

Unprofessional staff. They tried to give us a car with old and very used tires, no air condition and unusable iPhone charger.
