Avis Car Rental

For some reason I got yelled at by the agent for standing too close to the counter. Unprovoked. He was probably having a bad day but please don’t take it out on your loyal customers.

If I could give less stars I would. Don't bother making a reservation for they won't have a car for you. And when you finally do get one almost 2 hours after your reservation they won't compensate you for their lack of customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I contacted customer service and nothing was done. I live a block away and rent regularly. Not from Avis anymore.

doesn't matter that you have a reservation you wont get anything from this place... Staff is angry and wont even offer you any options, i have made a reservation there on feb 23 2018 and all i got is angry speech from their female employee about what i can and can't do and that i have had to take care of my reservation 24 hours before i need car and so on... i think i wont ever book anything from Avis ever again they are unreliable.

Everything was fine. There were no problems. Easy to pick up and drop off the car. Good performance.

I use this Avis location regularly when I am in New York and need a car for a quick trip out of the city. Easy to access from mid-town, the location has a nice variety of saloons and SUV's as well as a range of more eclectic vehicles as well. Nice people, reasonably good service.
