I needed an SUV and the only car available was a sedan. The agent contacted a second location and provided information so I could exchange vehicles. The agent at the second location was extremely helpful. I was running late, arrived @ 3:55 and the location closed at 4:00. I called ahead and said I was running late, he assured me that it would not be a problem. The vehicle was ready, I did not need to go into the office and he transferred all of my luggage. The return process was very pleasant as well. The discrepancy on my bill was cleared up immediately by the owner/agent. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely use this location for my future rentals.

For the second time this branch has taken a reservation and prepayment and have not been able to get a car. Stay away from using them. Sorry doesn't help me honoring an agreement does.
