I want to give a shout-out to Tania, Rick and Dennys for taking care of my gutters yesterday. There was lots of water noisily coming down in front of my window when it rained earlier this week (and some was getting inside) and they figured out the problem, got a contractor here quickly to fix it, and communicated with me regularly so that I knew it was being addressed. All done before today's rain...nice and peaceful here now....thanks!

Maintenance at the Avalon River Road has been great in responding to all of our requests. Rick and Dennys are always able to get back to us in less than 24 hours. Terrific.

We just recently moved here. I put in three requests this morning with maintenance and within two hours Marcus came, completed all the work, and did a great job. Thank you.

Rick from maintenance is the best!! Whenever I have something in my apartment that needs to be fixed, he shows up within minutes of the work order being placed. I have lived here for three years and thankfully have always been able to count on the maintenance team! I feel the same way about Dennis! He goes above and beyond to do whatever he can to make sure my maintenance request is taken care of immediately!! He is the nicest guy and no matter what day of the week it is he has a smile on his face. Nothing you ask of him is ever too much. The maintenance team seriously ROCKS at Avalon!!
