Atlantic Ale House

Frankly a little too loud to hold a conversation, but that's more to the contrast floors, metal tables & chairs, and solid walls & roof than music. Good taps in quick rotation, I've only been here twice (admittedly Friday/Saturday) and nearly all 16 taps have changed. Beers are good for the area, generally. Food trucks vary, but seen to be available most nights. Good view the park/River (during a storm). Beer garden is great, covered patio is good (except for the lack of sound deadening), beer bar itself could use an ale dose of sound deadening. That's a primary reason this isn't a five star place.

Awesome place to hang out. Very relaxed atmosphere, there's almost always a food truck right in the front door. Best place to go to relax!!!

Always a fun place for good chill atmosphere and good local beers. Food trucks on rotation, 9 out of 10 times it's awesome food. Friendly staff. And a real pleasant view when sitting outside.

Use to be a lot better before they started playing rap music at insane levels like every other bar in jc. Now they’re just another one of THOSE bars. Sad cause it use to really be a great place for people who just wanted to chat with friends and have a good beer. Also if they want you to leave right at 11:00 they turn the music up really loud we watched the bartender turn the music up 3 times so that everyone would be so sick of it that they left. If you don’t wanna be here past 11 don’t work there guy.

Cool place, great patio and nice selection ....... Bartender loved to explain them all for my flight ....
